At the beginning and end of each job a detailed walk around consultation is performed to point out troubled, concerning areas, discuss what the clients’ expectations are and how we can meet them, and that they are met with stellar results.
We use commercial purpose-built truck mounted equipment and are well educated and which chemicals are to be used on each surface. We make sure that we cover and protect all areas that are not intended to be cleaned.

Aside of safety and customer satisfaction, plant and property protection are our number one concern. We make sure to not allow any over spray or run off cleaning solutions or dirty water to make contact with neighboring properties and/or plants.
Our machines are dialed in to specific PSI for each individual task. The brute force of pressure washing improperly can often result in irreversible damage to the property, therefore we take calculated measures in calibrating our machines to prevent such occurrences.

Hello, my name is Patrick. I own and operate Innovative Pressure Washing and Roof Cleaning Service which was founded in November 2003 as a small exterior cleaning service.
Since then, we have grown in the industry and have perfected all aspects of exterior cleaning whether it be something as small as a driveway or as large as a whole community. Still, to this day, I personally work on each job to assure our clients get the very best results.
